Dart Properties II LLC was formed in November 1984. The purpose of Dart Properties II LLC is to acquire, develop, own and operate residential and commercial real estate. Our primary investments are apartment communities, however, the company is also involved in other developments, including the Laurel Valley Office Complex.
All residential properties have been built and managed exclusively by Dart Properties II LLC and provide luxury apartments to all who qualify.
