To make an on-line rental payment using your debit card, credit card, or bank account please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Make Payment
    You will be directed to the RentCafe resident portal 

  2. Create a user account
    Enter the zip code for your apartment address and then select your apartment community name from the search results.

    A TCO/Registration Number (also known as a Profile Number) will be required. This code is reflected on the payment coupons issued during the move-in process. If you do not have your rental payment coupons you may call the leasing office at the community where you reside to obtain your TCO Number.  Visit the Contact page for a list of office phone numbers.

  3. Read the Rent Payment Guidelines for Dart Properties
    to ensure your payment is in compliance with the terms of your lease agreement.

  4. Make your payment
    Please note –electronic payment restrictions and fees do apply and are reflected on the RentCafé website.
