What size are the apartments?

Dart Executive Suites are available in one and two bedroom floor plans and range from approximately 600 sq. ft to 1200 sq. ft. Sample floorplans are available to view, enlarge, and print on our Floorplans & Pricing page. Apartment sizes and availability vary by site.

What is included in a furnished apartment?

Furniture, housewares, utilities (gas, electric, water, trash removal), washer/dryer, microwave and one covered carport come with each furnished executive suite. Please visit our Furnishings & Amenities page for more details.

I am representing a company and do not need furniture. What do I need to do?

We offer rentals of 30 days or longer on unfurnished apartments to companies/corporations. Our corporate application specifies whether you need a furnished or unfurnished unit. To discuss corporate leasing and/or to request a corporate application please contact Dart Executive Suites at 1-888-94-SUITE.

What is the shortest stay available?

Dart Executive Suites rents furnished apartments to individuals or corporations for a minimum of 30 days. Your stay does not need to begin at the beginning of the month, but you must occupy the apartment at least 30 days from the time you take possession. Unfurnished apartments are offered to corporations or companies for a minimum of 30 days. Individual lease holders may not rent an unfurnished apartment for less than 6 months. How soon can I move-in?

The time frame depends on current apartment availability, which changes frequently. If your preferred style of apartment is currently available your Executive Suite will be ready for you once your application is approved, lease paperwork is signed and move-in monies are paid in full. This usually spans anywhere from the same day to within a few business days of inquiring. Apartments can be held for up to 30 days before a move-in date. If an apartment is not currently available we can place you on our waitlist with an approved application and you will be notified as soon as an apartment becomes available. I would like to view a furnished suite. How do I schedule a tour?

To tour one of our communities please contact Dart Executive Suites at 1-888-94-SUITE. Tours can be scheduled during normal business hours.

I am coming from out-of-state and will not have time to view the property. How can I see what the units look like?

Do your furnished apartments allow pets?

Most of our communities allow up to two cats, or one dog, or one dog and one cat. Only dogs of a non-aggressive breed may be approved. More than one dog is not permitted per apartment. Are there any other fees beside the monthly rent?


  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to make a reservation. Minimum Security Deposit required is $250. Additional Security Deposit may be required for multiple rentals, corporate leases, and/or low credit score. Security Deposit will be refunded after move-out, less any damage or missing items.
  • Administrative Fee: $100 – one time, non-refundable, due prior to move-in.
  • Pet Fees (if applicable): $200 – per pet, one time, non-refundable, due prior to move-in. $25 – per pet, per month charge

What payment options are available?

Your first payment must be paid by company check or in certified funds prior to, or at move-in. Monthly rent is due on the first of every month and may be paid by personal check, company check or certified funds. Credit cards are not currently accepted and NO cash is accepted at any time. Monthly invoicing is available upon request.

What do I need to apply?

Following your submission of the application, you will be contacted by Dart Executive Suites to confirm receipt and to discuss final arrangements. We qualify residents based on four criteria: income, previous rental history, credit history, and background check. Proper Identification is required at time of move-in.
